The portal in brief

• One request, one topic: you pick the category and the urgency, describe the need and attach your files.
• Each request gets its reference and a status you follow live, with the expected answer date and the name of your contact.
• You talk with the team in the request thread. When your feedback is expected, it switches to "Action required" and you get an email.
• Your documents and invoices wait for you in your area, organised and always up to date.
